 We strongly believe the collective amplification of teacher’s voices can be an enormously empowering tool: 

Open and honest communication, being heard, listened to, valued and 

understood are the foundations of teacher Health and Wellbeing: The principles of inclusion apply to all. 

Alongside the provision and admin of this supportive space for teachers, we are actively advocating, on several levels, for the creation of a framework of fairness, accountability, and transparency in education for frontline workers.
